On April 9, 2015, the Cincinnati-based Affordable Housing team of partners, John Weld Peck and Alysse E. Hollis, together with special counsel Robert T. Bruns, represented Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (Stifel), in the closing of Phase I of the largest Rental Assistance Demonstration Project (RAD) in the country. Stifel was the underwriter for the Series B Bonds, which were issued by the Alamito Public Facilities Corporation for the benefit of the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso. This RAD initiative demonstrates how public-private partnerships investing together can provide sustainable, safe, affordable housing in the United States.
